How It Works
Members receive their VIP Membership Physician Access Card which contains the toll free access number reachable 24 hours a day from anywhere in the world.
Whether traveling or at home and in need of medical care, members simply dial the number and request a call back and within minutes a personal advocate returns their call and expedites their appointments or requests. The advocate will then contact the appropriate physician from our core group of doctors and expedite follow up with our member. Members will generally receive same or next business day appointments to the Team Doctors core group of physicians and expedited appointments to the specialists.
If it is an emergency, our members dial 911 and then contact Team Doctors when able.
We have full time personal health advocates who coordinate our members’ office visits to ensure that their paperwork, etc. is seamless once our member arrives at the doctors office.
When our members arrive at our core physicians offices, unless there is a prior emergency, they are escorted back to the doctor’s office and receive a personable, non-rushed experience.
The doctors may access our members’ medical info online. Once our member has completed their medical visit our advocate coordinates updating their medical records, follows up with the member, and alerts them of any necessary follow up actions.
Our service professionals follow up with our members to remind them of important preventative care dates for physicals, follow up dates, and coordinate any specific health and wellness pre-appointment and follow up appointments to registered dieticians, strength and conditioning trainers, pre-trip planning counseling and physician access planning our members may need.
