Our Network consists of 28 Team Doctors located across the country and reaches the specialists they refer to. Essentially, our members have access to literally hundreds of the top physicians across the country…the same network that proathletes and celebrities utilize. Not at all. These doctors are some of the best at diagnosing and referring pro athletes, owners, coaches, their families, and our members to some of the top specialists in the country no matter what the medical need or facility. The team doctors are network solutions specialists. They specialize in navigating patients across the network no matter what the medical need in the U.S. and on occasion, around the world.

Currently we have estimated that our doctors can handle approximately 600 members per city. In order to provide the high level of service we are committed to there is currently no opportunity for membership once those membership slots are sold.

Our Team Doctors are located in over 28 major cities across the U.S. and they have the capabilities of referring our members to high quality doctors in just about any city in between. For a listing of some of our core doctors click on Leading Physicians.

Insurance works the same as it does for you currently. TDPA provides the access to these team physicians and the specialists they refer to. Team Doctors is currently in the process of working with insurance carriers in developing an insurance plan made available to our members which will be made available to all physicians in our network.

Call 911 and respond accordingly to their directions. If a member decides not to go to the ER, then they may call the Team Doctors Physician Access Line to reach a Team Doctor or their designee. The Team Doctor or their designee, along with the Advocate, will decide proper follow up with the TDPA Network. If Member decides to go to ER after talking to 911, they will follow available local healthcare treatment provided as a priority. Then, at a convenient time, either on the way to the ER the member may call or have someone they designate call the physician access line to let the Team Doctor or his/her designee and Advocate know that the member is in process of being evaluated for emergency care.

Or, after having arrived at the ER and having been evaluated by the ER staff of nature and treatment recommended for this emergency situation, then contact the Team Doctor Physician Access Line and alert Team Doctor or designee, Advocate , with location, name of treating doctor or direct call in number to treating doctor for Team Doctor to discuss and formulate immediate or further care if indicated. If ER encounter completely resolves issue, contact TDPA to let them know of encounter at Member's discretion.

If Member is in ER and is experiencing delay in being seen or treated, would be appropriate to contact TDPA and have TD or his/her designee help in navigating the system to hopefully expedite care of TDPA member.

The Team Doctor network will coordinate with their referral sources in locating a physician for our members outside of the core network in the major cities and route expedited appointments for our members. Wait times at those offices may vary from the times at our direct Team Doctor's offices.

Although the Team Doctor Network is not specifically designed for children, we may be of assistance in directing our members to highly reputable physicians for care of their children. Children should be able to expect the same expedited appointments to specialists such as Pediatricians; however, their wait times in the office may vary.

Yes, we do. Corporate plans are handled on a case by case basis. If you know of a corporation interested in learning more about TDPA for their employees we will consult with each company, assess their needs, and structure a customized Master Plan on a case by case basis.

Yes, we can assemble customized wellness plans tailored around your needs.  We have a host of dieticians, trainers, and other partners we can provide you access to.
